Starlight, Sound Healing & Sanctuary
A deeply restorative overnight retreat designed to calm the nervous system, reconnect you to nature, and awaken a sense of wonder. Set within the peaceful surrounds of Bowen Mountain Retreat, this intimate experience includes a restorative sound healing session, stargazing experience with a professional astronomer, sleep in luxurious accommodation and enjoy meals prepared by our private chef.
Guests arrive take in the 180 degree Hawkesbury Valley views from the balcony, explore the grounds and unwind in the sauna. In the afternoon guests will be guided through a deeply restorative sound healing experience designed to calm the nervous system, soften mental noise and invite the body into stillness. As night falls, gather beneath the stars to hear stories of the constellations, view planets and galaxies through powerful telescopes, and enjoy fireside cacao and chat.

Accomodation room with choice of twin share, queen share or private with shared bathroom with towels. Ticket includes access to all activities - stargazing, sound healing, infrared sauna, wildlife talk & grounds. As well as meals, drinks including tea/coffee, water, juice.
